Common questions.
Do you charge for re-translations?
No. Within the 2 review rounds of the Standard tier, retranslate as many items as you like.
What about GDPR?
Your content is sent to OpenAI for the base Standard tier. For Enterprise / on-prem we can run the whole pipeline on a self-hosted model — no content leaves your infrastructure.
Do you accept PO / invoice payment?
Yes for every tier from Standard up. Starter can pay by card on-site if it's easier for you.
Language not listed?
Ask. Detection works for 24 EU languages; translation beyond our core five is done case-by-case.
